All candidates must have a suitable work authorization such as US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, or be convertible to an H1B. They must have worked in the USA for at least the last two years without having worked outside of the USA. All positions are “remote”, work-from-home with government furnished equipment and work must be performed within the continental USA. All positions require a low-level “confidential” US Government clearance, paid for by our customer, that can take two weeks after filing an eQIP form and being fingerprinted at a police station local to the candidate. Clearances beyond “confidential” may take longer and involve interviews/polygraph.

All positions must be capable to convert to employees of TEM Software after 6 months. TEM Software will sponsor H1B’s and maintain the timeline of candidates that have already applied for their green card.

Labor Categories

Engineer (Junior): Possess a broad range of competencies – Skills, Methodologies, & Knowledge areas as well as deep expertise in specific areas to address the needs and challenges of complex IT products.

Software Developer (Mid): Demonstrated expertise in contributing within large development efforts. Strong background in the development and deployment of enterprise application development products. Hands-on experience using open source software to prototype and deploy backend web applications, including all aspects of server-side processing, data storage, and integration with frontend development. Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions with cloud orchestration tools. Strong working knowledge of cloud architectures across various types (private, public and community), layers (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and providers. Experience with CI/CD methodologies.

Software Developer (Senior): Demonstrated expertise in leading large development efforts. Strong background in the development and deployment of enterprise application development products. Interaction/User Experience Designer (Senior): Possess leadership skills among a broad range of competencies – Skills, Methodologies, & Knowledge areas as well as deep expertise in specific areas to address the needs and challenges of complex IT products.

Business Analyst (Mid): Experience in contributing within large development projects from a requirements/business perspective. Familiar with a range of digital/web services and solutions, ideally where open source and cloud technologies and agile development methodologies have been applied. Must possess an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, ability to rationalize complex information to make it understandable for others to work, and ability to assess and report information where inconsistencies are found.

Experience with executing quality assurance efforts for complex technology implementations to ensure quality requirements are achieved.

Quality Assurance Specialist (Senior): Experience with managing quality assurance efforts for complex technology implementations to ensure quality requirements are achieved.

Test Engineer (Junior): Hands-on experience developing testing efforts for complex software applications or IT systems, including unit, integration, performance, security, and regression testing.

Test Engineer (Senior): Hands-on experience managing testing efforts for complex software applications or IT systems, including unit, integration, performance, security, and regression testing.

Technical Architect (Senior): Experience in managing complex technology implementations, with an eye toward constant reengineering and refactoring to ensure the simplest and most elegant system possible to address the desired need. Understands how to leverage the open source community to deploy systems on infrastructure as a service provider. Experience sharing knowledge across a multi-disciplinary team and working within agile methodologies. A full partner in the determination of vision, objectives, and success criteria.

Subject Matter Expert (Senior): Experience in providing highly technical and specialized expertise to address the needs and challenges of complex IT programs. Possesses qualifications and particular expertise that are exceptional and highly unique. Recognized as an industry leader for a given area of expertise.

Technology Specialist (Senior): Possess a broad range of competencies – Skills, Methodologies, & Knowledge areas as well as deep expertise in specific areas to address the needs and challenges of complex IT products.
